Eleanor Hunt Fauber, 81, of Ocean View and formerly of Bridgeton and Albrightsville, PA died late Friday evening January 22, 2010 at the Oceanview Center for Rehabilitation in Dennis Township.

The widow of Donald R. Fauber, they were married for 44 years at the time of his death in 1993. She was the daughter of the late Charles and Eleanor (nee Robinson) Hunt and was a graduate of Bridgeton High School.

For several years, Mrs. Fauber lived in the Pocono region of Pennsylvania and most recently returned to the Bridgeton area. She also lived at Spring Oaks in Vineland before entering the Oceanview Center.

A homemaker for most of her life, she enjoyed traveling with her husband.

She is survived by a sister-in-law, Margaret Fauber Bender of Bridgeton, several nieces and nephews including, Rebecca F. Limons and Rita F. Boyd on the Fauber side of the family and several members of the Hunt family, including a nephew, Howard Miller, Jr., great nephews, Bryan Curnutte (Cindy), Kevin Curnutte and great niece, Jennifer N. Curnutte (fiancé Eric). In addition to her husband and parents, she was prceded in death by a sister, Lita Hunt Miller, three brothers, Sylvan, Charles and William Hunt and a niece Shirley Miller Curnette.

A private faith based service for family members will be held at a later date and the interment will take place at Fernwood Memorial Park in Hopewell Twp.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Holy Redeemer Hospice, 1801 Route 9 North, Swainton, NJ 08210.
