Martha Marie Loper

Lifelong Bridgeton Resident

Martha Marie Loper, 83, of Linwood passed away Saturday evening January 23, 2010 at Shore Memorial Hospital in Somers Point.

Born and raised in Bridgeton, she was the daughter of the late Edmond Alonzo Loper Sr. and the late Marian E. Loper (nee Meyers).

Martha was a long time resident of the Vineland Developmental Center and most recently the Linwood Convalescent Center for many years.

She is survived by 3 nieces, Barbara L. Meisle (Robert) of Sewell, Linda Naphas (Jim) of Pitman, Kathleen Slack (David) of Ewan, 1 nephew, Thomas Loper (Lynn) of Wilmington, DE and many great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one brother, Edmund A. "Bud" Loper and two sisters, Jane and Patricia Loper.

A graveside service will take place privately and at the convenience of the family at Fernwood Memorial Park in Hopewell Twp.
