Maud E. Marich (nee Richie), 74 of Alloway Twp. passed away Friday afternoon January 8, 2009 at her home.

She was the wife of Felix R. Marich and they had been married for 45 years. She was born and raised in Stow Creek Twp. and was the daughter of the late Amos and Maud Ellen (nee Shepard) Richie. A resident of the same Alloway Twp. home for 45 years, she attended and graduated from the former Stow Creek High School.

Mrs. Marich was self-employed for many years cleaning the homes of many area families.

She was a member of the Tri-County Lighthouse Baptist Church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, David Wayne Tozer of Royston, GA and Lawrence "Larry" Edward Tozer Jr. of Upper Deerfield, five step-sons, Joseph Felix Marich, David Daniel Marich, James Marich, Jonathan Marich and Paul Jeffery Marich all of Cumberland and Salem Counties, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is also survived by four sisters, Gertrude Williams, Myra Munyon, Anna Watson and Elizabeth Weisgerber and one brother, Lester Richie who are also all local residents. She was predeceased by brothers, Lewis, Amos, Charles and Albert Richie.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at the Tri-County Lighthouse Baptist Church, 149 W. Deerfield Road (Rt. 540) in Upper Deerfield Twp. on Tuesday Jan. 12th at 12 Noon where friends will be received from 11 until 12.

Pastor David (Tim) Boner will officiate.

The burial will follow the service at Lawnside Cemetery in Woodstown.

Memorial contributions are requested to the Tri-County Lighthouse Baptist Church, PO Box 102, Deerfield Street, NJ 08313. Mrs. Marich's request was to have no red flowers at her funeral.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Freitag Funeral Home of Bridgeton.
